Snuggle Time

Evan and Olivia enjoy snuggling together. Evan wants to hold her, but only for a brief moment then he's done. I have to hurry and snap the photos when I get a chance. It isn't often that Evan is willing to smile or even have his picture taken. He's a mess! Olivia, on the other hand, is a ham and will smile for anyone. Picture time for her is best in the morning and Evan in the evening. They're so funny:)

Fashion Queen

I wanted to share a few photos of Olivia. I love to dress her up as I did Evan when he was a baby. It's fun to put headbands on her, but Kirk doesn't understand why! He says she looks like something from the 80's! I think she's cute even if she is a little thin on top! I can't wait until she gets hair:)

She has learned to maneuver her way around and get to what she wants. She love getting toys from Evan's room and making a big mess! She can sit unassisted most of the time, but needs a little help at times. It's amazing how fast they are growing!

Happy Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's day and I hope everyone else did too! My day started with sleeping in until 8:30! Kirk woke with Olivia and let me sleep!! After Evan woke up he came into my room and gave me a flower that he had made...it was beautiful! I received two of the sweetest cards for my kids. Evan wrote his name and mommy on my card...all by himself! That was the greatest gift! He also told me how to spell "Mommy" and said, "Mommy, you are always in my heart! I love being a mommy and feel so blessed to have two wonderful children!

Before church we took some picture on our neighbors swing. I think they turned our really nice. We enjoyed a wonderful service at church then headed home. Kirk and the kids took me to Olive Garden on Saturday so we wouldn't have to fight the crowd on Sunday. We enjoyed left-overs on Sunday and had a fun filled day outside. Evan played really hard with the neighbors while Kirk and I planted some flowers.

I need to remember to always count my blessing because I have definitely been blessed!
